How long we keep information

We are required by HM Revenue & Customs to maintain donor information for the purposes for Gift Aid for six years after the accounting year in which the donation was made.

We maintain membership information for as long as you are a member of the society and for a period of six years after your last interaction with us.

All other information is retained for as long as it is required.
